Elpida Karadimou is a biologist specialized in field ecology and data analysis, working currently as a postdoc researcher at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds a master degree in Sustainable Management of Protected Areas and a PhD on Temporal & Spatial Patterns in Species Composition and Biodiversity in Islands Ecosystems. She has taken part in various research projects, mainly in field research and data collection/ management, while she has also worked as a scientific consultant at several Environmental Advisors Companies and Organizations. She is now concluding a second PG course in “Integrated Coastal Zone Management from the University of Aegean (Department of Marine Sciences). Elpida is a certified diver and has participated in various underwater projects.
