Panos Tokmakidis

PhD candidate at the school of Civil Engineering at A.U.Th., on “Structures monitoring using digital imagery”.
P. Tokmakidis is a surveyor engineer, he has a great academic and professional experience in the field of monument surveying. He has completed over 100 projects concerning monument surveying using conventional, photogrammetric or LIDAR techniques assigned mainly by the Greek ministry of culture or by foreign archaeological missions working in Greece. He is a PhD candidate at the school of Civil Engineering of Aristotle University, with the title “Structures monitoring using digital imagery”. He is an expert in terrestrial 3D Laser scanners and photogrammetry (aerial and close range), remote sensing and LiDAR. Being a founding member of the Underwater Survey Team, he started SCUBA diving in 2012.
